Sound healing is amazing! Sound creates, our words create. Sound is vibration, sound is frequency. This is a very powerful, fast way to receive energy healing! When you are receptive and allow it to vibrate through your being, you can pick up on subtle changes occurring within.

I will set sacred space and intentions so I can receive and channel. I ask permission to connect with your Angels and your Guides helping you for your highest good. What will come through will be unique and specific to your needs and intentions. The transmission may include any of the following: toning, singing, chanting, Light Language, translations, channelings, and descriptions of what I see/feel/hear. I will record and send this as an audio file to you. I do not rush Spirit, so I might feel I need to wait a day or two until I sit in sacred space for you. Rest assured, what is meant for you is meant just for you. ♡

You can listen to your sound healing as much as you like, there is no limit! I suggest listening to it often in the beginning to help you through the transformation you desire. Then play it as often as you’d like if you ever find yourself struggling or for upliftment. ♡
