Whatever you may be feeling today, or whatever you’ve been processing over the past few minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years… here’s a dose of love & inspo for you 💕 • Pink’s song “Try” has been repeatedly playing along with some others as I paint my heart and feelings away 🎨 Try not to internalize everything – express it in some way that does not harm others. Whether that is through writing ✍️, dancing 💃🏽, painting 🎨, yoga 🤸🏽‍♀️, sports 🤾🏽‍♀️, the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️, speaking to someone 🗣, fucking breaking some plates 😹, communing with nature 🌺, walking🚶 • I am always in a constant ebb & flow of emotions & healing, for myself, my bloodlines, my ancestors, for the collective of the human race. To heal all the trauma. This planet has been plagued with a dis-ease that has put so many in amnesia and they’ve repeated unhealthy, misaligned patterns for generations. Sadly. Those patterns will not live through me, they heal through me 💙 • Wherever you are in your walk, I see you sistar, I see your brother. Your guides see you. Your ancestors see you. All of creation sees you and is witnessing a miracle take place here on Planet Earth and in other dimensions.
