Let’s Ground Ourselves as Air Element Rushes In [Autumn Season is Upon Us]

Okay, it has been a very long time since I have blogged! But I have continued to create videos, which you can check out here → My YouTube Channel. If you are an empath, healer, Lightworker, Starseed, then you have been aware about the wild planetary alignments this year, and what it has brought forth for each one of us and the collective consciousness. Hence, I have been present with that deep work and not as present with blogging. [I have videos about this if you’re interested in knowing more.] As we moved through the eclipses this month, I noticed how the element of fire was coming forth… why? Fire is necessary for CHANGE, and this month is all about change, purging, release, transformation. Transmutation! Alchemy. Fire does this. And through all of this I became aware that the element of Air/Ether within myself increased rapidly, I mean insanely. I wasn’t aware until last Friday when I finally felt myself come back into my body….more than I have been in………..weeks….dare I say months? Yikes. I realized my Vata [Air/Ether] has been very high, imbalanced, and I am needing more grounding, more Kapha [Earth]. So, I have been taking steps here and there to ground myself…. to embody my Self. To anchor in my energy into this vessel. I know Starseeds, it can be hard. I know Empaths, it can be overwhelming. But, we need to do this. We need to. We must fully be present and embody our vessels… this is our work here on this planet, it is why we are here. So, here is my reminder to you… because we are switching into Autumn season here in the US, and that means what… yes, more VATA [Air/Ether]! And with this rush of Air coming in, we will need to ground ourselves. This month is almost over, so all this intense release/healing is almost over. And, you’re doing an amazing job! Just so you know. Here is a Chill Mix I found today, and hope it chills you out, and maybe makes you boogy to feel your body. Feel your body, be in your body and out of your mind. ♥

Some more tips to ground:

  • Earthing [go stand outside and put bare feet on grass, dirt, mud, whatever you fancy. Climb a tree, hug it, go smell some flowers.
  • Warm baths
  • Teas, warm drinks
  • Soups
  • Herbs and plants: cannabis [just saying], ayahuasca, tulsi
  • Yoga
  • Breathwork and/or meditation
  • Root veggies
