Good morning on this beautiful Monday! We’re about to move into March [Yipee! My birth month] so I am sharing two very powerful, moving mantras that have really touched me. My intention for you is for these mantras to remove all blocks [of fear] so that you can increase your life force [prana] and raise your vibrations, going forth into this new month with vitality, bliss, and clarity. Mantras are so powerful. The language of Sanskrit [and other ancient languages] is powerful. I pray you listen with an open heart and feel the vibrations, as these mantras can literally be felt. I’m sharing Mirabai Ceiba’s versions of these mantras, they’re such a beautiful group/couple. Tune in 🙂
With so much Love & Light.
Namaste,
T.O.
The first mantra I’d like to share is Har Har Mukanday. This mantra removes blocks and turns challenges into opportunities. ❤

More Information: This mantra liberates one from the whatever block they are enslaved by. This mantra turns challenges into opportunities, removing fear.
The second mantra I’d like to share is Pavan Guru. This mantra increases life force energy [prana] and allows you to feel the Force. In my experience, I literally felt one with everything, all the elements and moved my body in dance to the Divine. ❤
Complete Mantra:
Pavan Pavan Pavan Pavan
Par Para Pavan Guru
Pavan Guru Wahe Guru
Wahe Guru Pavan Guru
Translation:
Pavan – The Divine Breath
Par Para – From Beyond the Beyond
Pavan Guru – Breath is the Guru
Wahe Guru – The Experience of the Divine
More Information: Pavan is the air, the breath, carrier of the prana, the life force. This is God in action. This mantra increases the pranic energy and gives the experience of “may the force be with you.”
“Whoever recites this mantra becomes absolutely divine, God in action… This mantra increases the pranic energy. There is no better healing than this.” – Yogi Bhajan
