Traveling Thoughts

wanderlust, travel writer, poet

By Trina Otero

Every time I take to the road I feel surges of inspirational energy, and I daydream of blank pages to fill. Crisp, white pages in a book just screaming for me to write on. I know where my destination is, but I’m never sure what or who I will encounter along the way, and THIS makes the journey an adventure. A story anxiously waiting to be discovered. A story wanting to bleed onto the white, blank paper once my pen touches the first line.

That is very cool! I wish I had been able to bring all my painting tools BUT I did bring my sketch/paint journal so I could go buy new stuff 😀 enjoy and let creativity flow!!

I love travelling and bringing a blank notebook with me to fill up with doodles and thoughts. Have fun on your adventures!

Thank you so much! I have had the travel bug since I was a kid since we moved around a lot due to the US Army. I actually used to carry a notebook, but now have a fear of losing it because my dad accidentally threw away a box full of writings (papers and notebooks). So I write in my phone and ipad as of late. 🙂
