Show compassion to others

Do You Perceive Some People As Being “Negative?”

Show compassion for others

By Trina Otero

I remember early in my journey I used to label people and things as negative or positive.. And that served me well for that particular time of my growth. But as my understanding deepened and I became more aware of myself, which in turn gave me understanding of others, I realized the world is not black and white. We are not either this or that. We are all the same, coming from different walks of life bearing (or unloading) different emotions, pains, experiences, thoughts, memories, etc. I remember asking myself one day.. “Trina, what is the purpose of a light? To illuminate the dark, right? So what is the point in hiding a light far away so that it does not serve its purpose?” As a Lightworker I now see everything and everyone with compassion and I understand that everyone just needs love. Our smiles, acts of kindness, peaceful & loving words, and just the way we carry ourselves will affect and bring light to those that really need it. I’ve witnessed it! And I have also been honored to have been blessed by the love of other Lightworkers when I was lost. So, all I can say is that if you are able to step into this awareness and be Love then please do it. If you perceive something as negative, etc., then perhaps you should take the opportunity to ask yourself why you perceive it that way. Self reflection is a grand thing that will teach you about yourself. ♥

If you want to know how to be able to express yourself to people who are “negative” (aka have lower vibration of energy) or want to know how to set boundaries, please check out my video on this topic! 🙂

Here is a video on how you can “protect” or shield your energy from those that have lower vibrations than you.

Namaste,
T.O.
